Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, and combo units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. All of our current units are dry units so water is prohibited. However we plan to get wet units in the very near future!

Our inflatables will primarily be set up on grass with anchors holding down the unit. We may use sandbags in the future for hard surfaces, like cement or gym floor. 

This really depends on the size of the unit but typically 4 to 8 jumpers at a time is fine.

We get it, stuff happens but we ask that you please give at least 24 hour notice if you plan to cancel as we would like to opportunity to rent to someone else. 

If on the day of your reservation it calls for severe weather, including heavy winds, rains or other elements all deposits or payments will be fully refundable. Also if we feel the weather is too much we have to right to cancel and will refund all deposits or payments previously made for the rental.
